Type specimen: GCP-CV-4229 & NMB-1699-R, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Azenak, Aderbissinat (HB), which is in a Bajocian/Bathonian terrestrial siltstone in the Irhazer II Formation of Niger.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Azenak, Aderbissinat (HB)
