Type specimen: MCZ 4673, a wing. Its type locality is Midco Locality 3 (ESU Collection), which is in an Artinskian lacustrine limestone in the Wellington Formation of Oklahoma.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Midco Locality 3 (MCZ Collection)
