Sister taxa: Nevadisculites depressus, Nevadisculites minutus, Nevadisculites taylori
Type specimen: USNM 427267, a shell. Its type locality is Favret Canyon HB 210, Augusta Mountains, which is in a Pelsonian marine horizon in Nevada.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution:
• Triassic of United States (6: Nevada collections)
Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
