Type specimen: LdLAP 33A, a forewing (basal two-third of a forewing). Its type locality is F19, Arièges, Lodève Basin, which is in a Kungurian pond claystone in the Salagou Formation of France.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at F19, Arièges, Lodève Basin
