Type specimen: Zalessky Coll. 41&42, a forewing (Fragment). Its type locality is Mogilnikovo, outcrop 2, Vishera River, which is in a Kungurian lagoonal horizon in the Solikamsk Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Mogilnikovo, outcrop 2, Vishera River
