Sister taxon: Prohagla imperfecta

Type specimen: Australian Museum F.38264, a forewing (male forewing). Its type locality is Beacon Hill (AM collection), which is in an Anisian lacustrine - small shale in the Hawkesbury Sandstone Formation of Australia.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Beacon Hill (AM collection)
