Sister taxa: Mesotitan ovalis, Mesotitan primitivus, Mesotitan superior
Type specimen: GSQI22, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Carrington Brick Company's clay pit, St Peter's (Dunstan collection), which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian pond claystone in the Ashfield Shales Formation of Australia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Carrington Brick Company's clay pit, St Peter's (Dunstan collection)
