Sister taxon: Cyclothemis sagulica
Type specimen: PIN 2903/1, a hindwing. Its type locality is Sogyuty (PIN Collection 2903), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Dzhil Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Sogyuty (PIN Collection 2903)
