Sister taxon: Yanducixius yihi
Type specimen: BL92036, a forewing. Its type locality is Chongqing Reservoir, west hills, Beijing, which is in an Aptian lacustrine mudstone in the Lushangfen Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Chongqing Reservoir, west hills, Beijing
