Belongs to Eridmatus according to N. V. Kalashnikov 1998
Sister taxa: Eridmatus marathonensis, Eridmatus petita, Eridmatus talbeicus, Eridmatus texanus
Type specimen: PIN 4605/49. Its type locality is Er'yaga River, Section E-1002, Sample 6, Pai-Khoy Range, which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Talata Formation of the Russian Federation.
