- Ophiceras tibeticum: Its type locality is Shalshal Cliff, Bed 2, Rimkin Paiar, which is in a Griesbachian offshore limestone in India
- Ophiceras serpentinum: Its type locality is Kiunglung Camp, SW of Niti Pass (Otoceras beds), which is in an Induan marine horizon in India.
