Type specimen: Coll. QGS 106a, a hindwing (left hindwing). Its type locality is Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1915-1916 collection), which is in a Norian pond siltstone in the Blackstone Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1915-1916 collection)
