Type specimen: GSQI30, an elytra. Its type locality is Carrington Brick Company's clay pit, St Peter's (Dunstan collection), which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian pond claystone in the Ashfield Shales Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Carrington Brick Company's clay pit, St Peter's (Dunstan collection)
