Type specimen: GSQI158, a tegmen (6.4 mm of 8 mm tegmen). Its type locality is Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1915-1916 collection), which is in a Norian pond siltstone in the Blackstone Formation of Australia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1915-1916 collection)
