Type specimen: GSQI144, a forewing. Its type locality is Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1915-1916 collection), which is in a Norian pond siltstone in the Blackstone Formation of Australia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1915-1916 collection)
