Type specimen: FGGUB R.1782, a maxilla (Right maxilla bearing 7 teeth). Its type locality is Tuştea-Oltoane nesting site, which is in a Maastrichtian dry floodplain claystone/marl in the Densuş-Ciula Formation of Romania.
