Type specimen: DPCU 5/1972, an exoskeleton (body with basal parts of wings). Its type locality is Obora, southern edge of ravine, which is in an Asselian lacustrine - small shale in the Letovice Formation of the Czech Republic.

Distribution: found only at Obora, southern edge of ravine
