Type specimen: BMNH In 59162, a forewing (complete forewing). Its type locality is Woodstones, Black Ven, Charmouth (Jackson collection), which is in an Obtusum marine mudstone in the Charmouth Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Woodstones, Black Ven, Charmouth (Jackson collection)
