Type specimen: D0247, a partial skeleton (Posterior part of right lower jaw, bearing cheek teeth; anterior part of left lower jaw without teeth, but with alveolar sheath; fragments of scapula and humeri). Its type locality is Xinqiu (Hsinchiu) coal mine, which is in an Aptian/Albian terrestrial coal/shale in the Fuxin Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Xinqiu (Hsinchiu) coal mine
