Type specimen: BMNH In 10458, an exoskeleton (body & legs slightly & disarticalry preserved; wings well preserved). Its type locality is Strensham, Worcestershire, which is in a Rhaetian marine horizon in the Lilstock Formation of the United Kingdom.

Distribution: found only at Strensham, Worcestershire
