Type specimen: IVPP V12585, a partial skull (A skull, with right half damaged, and associated lower jaws). Its type locality is Lujiatun village, Shangyuan [general] (IVPP), which is in a Barremian/Aptian fluvial tuff in the Yixian Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Lujiatun village, Shangyuan [general] (IVPP)
