Type specimen: NSM PM 15474. Its type locality is Miharanoro NSM PCL 15-53-1, Tojo Town, Hiroshima Prefecture, which is in an Asselian carbonate limestone in the Uyamano Formation of Japan.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Miharanoro NSM PCL 15-53-1, Tojo Town, Hiroshima Prefecture
