  • Emydops arctatus: BMNH R1690, a partial skull.
  • Dicynodon ictinops: MMK 4165, a skeleton. Its type locality is Sekretariskraal, Murraysburg (Cistecephalus Assemblage Zone), which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
  • Emydops brachyops: SAM-PK-708, a skull.
  • Emydops longus: BMNH R. 4956-9, a skull.
  • Emydops minimus: TM 242, a skull.
  • Emydops minor: AMNH 5525, a skull. Its type locality is Kuilspoort, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
  • Emydops parvus: BMNH R. 4960, a skull. Its type locality is Bruintjieshoogte, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
