- Emydops brachyops: SAM-PK-708, a skull.
- Emydops longus: BMNH R. 4956-9, a skull.
- Emydops minimus: TM 242, a skull.
- Emydops minor: AMNH 5525, a skull. Its type locality is Kuilspoort, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
- Emydops parvus: BMNH R. 4960, a skull. Its type locality is Bruintjieshoogte, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
