Type specimens:
- Palaeomantopsis furcatella: PIN 2065/23(32), a forewing (distal part of forewing). Its type locality is Tikhie Gory (PIN collection 2065), which is in a Roadian lagoonal claystone in the Baitugan Formation of the Russian Federation.
- Permosialis quadriramosa: PIN 117/1444, a wing. Its type locality is Soyana (PIN collection 117), which is in a Roadian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Iva-Gora Beds Formation of the Russian Federation.
