Sister taxon: Vilviopsis picta
Type specimen: PIN 117/498, a forewing. Its type locality is Sheimo-Gora (PIN collection 117), which is in a Roadian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Iva-Gora Beds Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Sheimo-Gora (PIN collection 117)
