Type specimen: SMM P74.24.106, a limb element (Complete right humerus). Its type locality is Wannagan Creek Quarry, which is in a Tiffanian mire/swamp shale/shale in the Bullion Creek Formation of North Dakota.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Wannagan Creek Quarry
