Type specimen: PIN 4023/11, an exoskeleton (complete male). Its type locality is Bayan Teg Coal Quarry (PIN collection 4023), which is in a Bajocian/Bathonian pond claystone in Mongolia.

Ecology: volant detritivore-omnivore

Distribution: found only at Bayan Teg Coal Quarry (PIN collection 4023)
