Type specimen: PIN 676/548(545), a forewing. Its type locality is Suriekova I, ditch 6 (PIN collection 676), which is in a Wordian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Kazankovo-Markinskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Suriekova I, ditch 6 (PIN collection 676)
