Sister taxon: Gurvansaurus canaliculatus
Type specimen: PIN 3143/104, a partial skull (skull without roof bones and with lower jaws). Its type locality is Tugrikiyn-Shire [SMPE] (PIN coll. 3143), which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Djadokhta Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Tugrikiyn-Shire [SMPE] (PIN coll. 3143)
