Type specimen: HP97101, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Shimen village, Yangshulin, Pingquan County (GMC Beijing collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Shimen village, Yangshulin, Pingquan County (GMC Beijing collection)
