Sister taxon: Aktassia magna
Type specimen: PIN 3664/471, a wing (apical fragments of fore & hindwing). Its type locality is Shin-Khuduk (outcrop 119 layer 3d), which is in an Aptian lacustrine sandstone/marl in the Shinekhudag Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Shin-Khuduk (outcrop 119 layer 3d)
