Sister taxa: Cheilotomona blumi, Cheilotomona elegans, Cheilotomona pentagonum
Type specimen: USNM 485626. Its type locality is Saierlangshan Section, Bed 58-3, which is in an Anisian carbonate limestone in the Guojiashan Formation of China.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution:
• Triassic of China (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
