Sister taxa: none

Type specimen: MPCA 454, a partial skull (incomplete skull with full upper dentition missing the braincase, part of the rostral roof, and the lower jaws). Its type locality is Hoyada de los esfenodontes 1, La Buitrera, which is in a Cenomanian crevasse splay sandstone in the Candeleros Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at Hoyada de los esfenodontes 1, La Buitrera
