Type specimen: NR 2 Coll. Madsen, an exoskeleton (body with four wings in connection). Its type locality is Ejerslev Molergrav, Mors, between layers +25 and +30 , which is in a Ypresian offshore ramp diatomite/volcaniclastic in the Fur Formation of Denmark.

Distribution: found only at Ejerslev Molergrav, Mors, between layers +25 and +30
