Type specimen: NR 3 coll. Madsen, a hindwing (nearly complete hindwing ). Its type locality is Between layers +13 & +14 Ejerslev Molergrav, Mors, which is in a Ypresian offshore ramp diatomite/volcaniclastic in the Fur Formation of Denmark.

Distribution: found only at Between layers +13 & +14 Ejerslev Molergrav, Mors
