Type specimen: UQF 73914. Its type locality is UQ L4549, Buffel Hill, Cracow Homestead, which is in an Artinskian coastal siltstone in the Buffel Formation of Australia.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at UQ L4549, Buffel Hill, Cracow Homestead
