Type specimen: NZGS TM3508. Its type locality is GS6072, Letham Burn (D44/f9623), which is in a Capitanian marine horizon in the Mangarewa Formation of New Zealand.

Ecology: facultatively mobile infaunal deposit feeder-suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at GS6072, Letham Burn (D44/f9623)
