Type specimen: USNM 455991. Its type locality is Huangzhishan section, undiv Changxing Fm, Xuzhou City, which is in a Changhsingian marine limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Huangzhishan section, undiv Changxing Fm, Xuzhou City
