Type specimen: GQ81049. Its type locality is Yinshanpo KC262, Qingyan, which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian marine shale/marl in the Qingyan Formation of China.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at Yinshanpo KC262, Qingyan
