Sister taxa: Fulgora granulosa, Fulgora obticescens
Type specimen: Packard 111, an exoskeleton (headless insect). Its type locality is Green River (Packard Collection), which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large diatomite/shale in the Green River Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Green River (Packard Collection)
