Type specimen: NIGP 34403. Its type locality is Zhongying Section Bed 23 (QZ-5), Qinglong County, which is in a Changhsingian coastal marl in China.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:
• Permian of China (2 collections)
