Type specimen: PIN 3591/311, a shell. Its type locality is Shindy River, Sample 26/2, Pamir Mountains, which is in a Kungurian marine horizon in the Kyzyldzhilga Formation of Tajikistan.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 42.8

Distribution:

• Permian of China (4 collections), Tajikistan (37), Thailand (1)

Total: 42 collections each including a single occurrence
