Type specimen: MNHN.F.R51066, an exoskeleton (female with two almost complete wings, abdomen, vague head and thorax). Its type locality is Commentry (MNHN Brongniart coll), which is in a Gzhelian lacustrine deltaic shale in the Commentry Shales Formation of France.

Distribution: found only at Commentry (MNHN Brongniart coll)
