Type specimen: MNHN-LP-R 11195, an exoskeleton (incomplete specimen with antennae missing & right wing). Its type locality is Menat (MNHN collection), which is in a Selandian crater lake diatomite in the Menat Formation of France.

Distribution: found only at Menat (MNHN collection)
