Type specimen: TMP 95.73.1, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (TMP coll), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in the Foremost Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (TMP coll)
