Type specimen: AM F40711, a tegmen. Its type locality is Violettown Road, Pincombe outcrop, Belmont (Knight coll), which is in a Changhsingian pond chert in the Croudace Bay Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Violettown Road, Pincombe outcrop, Belmont (Knight coll)
