Type specimen: AM F30974, a wing. Its type locality is Beacon Hill (AM collection), which is in an Anisian lacustrine - small shale in the Hawkesbury Sandstone Formation of Australia.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Beacon Hill (AM collection)
