Type specimen: CUP 1/1989, a forewing. Its type locality is Obora, southern edge of ravine, which is in an Asselian lacustrine - small shale in the Letovice Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Obora, southern edge of ravine
