Type specimen: PIN 1216/4, a forewing. Its type locality is Fat'yanikha River, 0.5 km below mouth of Grafitnogo Creek, which is in a Sakmarian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Burguklinskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: volant detritivore-omnivore
Distribution: found only at Fat'yanikha River, 0.5 km below mouth of Grafitnogo Creek
