Type specimen: Ernst Moritz Arndt Universitat Greifswald 57/6, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.

Distribution: found only at Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection)
